Service Agreement.
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), inclusive of the Privacy Policy and other referenced documents (the “Agreement”), constitute a legal pact between you (referred to as “you” or “your”) and Genius Study Abroad, a Unit of Avighna Universal Career Hub LLP, hereinafter known as Genius Study Abroad (“Genius Study Abroad”), pertaining to your utilization of the Services as delineated herein.
By signifying your acceptance through the appropriate button during the sign-up process and subsequently employing the Services, you affirm your consent to abide by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and decline to be bound by this Agreement, refrain from accessing or using Genius Study Abroad.

Definitions Synonyms
1. I affirm that I have accurately completed all details in the registration form, ensuring correctness to the best of my knowledge.
2. I confirm that I have not independently applied, either directly or through any agency, to any universities or colleges beyond the details provided above. Furthermore, all the credentials submitted in support of my application are genuine and authentic.
3. I attest that Genius Study Abroad counsels me on all facets of my international education and future career prospects. Additionally, Genius Study Abroad is authorized to represent my candidacy on all matters related to my admission and interests with international institutes.
4. I provide consent for Genius Study Abroad to share any information concerning my international education with foreign educational institutions. I authorize Genius Study Abroad to communicate regular updates via SMS, email, or phone calls.
5. I comprehend that the programs and courses I am applying for in foreign universities adhere to the terms, conditions, and qualifying standards set by the respective institutes. Genius Study Abroad’s service is solely aimed at assisting students in securing admissions.
6. I validate that I have reviewed and understood the programs and courses for my studies, and Genius Study Abroad will not be held responsible for their content.
7. I agree that Genius Study Abroad does not guarantee admission to any institute and is not liable in case of rejection. Genius Study Abroad is not accountable in such circumstances, and no claims will be considered.
